Another December has arrived. It's been one year since this blog has been updated! So I decided to pop in and write a few words.

So how's everybody? Seriously, I don't even think many people will see this, but nvm. Is there any chance that we'll have a chalet or gathering this time round? I would like to see how you guys have changed. Really! It's been so long since I've seen anybody.

Then again, it's probably because I'm not in DHS. You guys still see each other in school. Oh well. Is DHS going on well? Having fun there? TJ's been great. haha.

Have fun this holidays guys! I guess all of us will be even busier when next year starts. It'll all be about preparation for A levels etc. Let's do our best!

as zara has said in an earlier blog entry, 16th June is a date that's been selected for a class gathering. so anyway, i would like to inform u guys that 16th June (this friday) is CONFIRMED.

we'll be having a class bbq gathering on the 16th June (in the evening) at Yu Ru's condo which is at Tanah Merah.

it is hoped that at least 15 people can make it. so i need ur responses asap as this is a pretty last minute confirmation of date. pls email me or sms me to confirm whether u can make it. i've also sent an email to u guys.

once we can have the exact number of people coming, we'll then confirm the details like the food, drinks, bbq equipments and what time to meet etc.

Desperate attempts at the revival of the twojayohfive YUMSENG spirit!

And one thing we can really do is to have a class gathering during the June holidays and maybe if I am rich enough, i.e. saved up to $100 before the 28th May, I would buy goodies from Tokyo for you guys.

But even if I don't, I'll just get you great people stuffs.

How about Hello Kitty sweets? Really pink and cute.

BUT anyway the point is for us to meet up! Why not we each suggest a date and then we can figure out which day would be most comfortable for all of us? I was thinking maybe end of June? So we can like finish all the stress-giving homework in the beginning of the month and look forward and just RELAX at the end of the month.

Cos it's the innate need of the human nature to have social activites to brighten and liven and invite vibrancy into their lives!

I'm crapping, but the point is there and there and right there.

TWO JAYERS!!

Firstly, a BIG congratulations to the CO members who performed at VCH yesterday. Wonderful performance! Not much of a screw up, haha... It really was great. I believe you guys should have a sense of satisfaction. Much improvements since December holidays when I was still practicing with you guys. You should be proud of yourselves!

Well... It's already April. March has gone. And school has resumed pretty much. I guess everybody will be busy with all the school work and projects and some other stuff. Yeah. Some of you may feel... I don't know, too stressed perhaps? Don't stress youself up too much. Take a break now and then. You need a life. Like who doesn't? haha...

Right. This blog is really dying nowadays.

WHY?!

We really gotta keep this class going on! Where have our class spirit gone to? All our lame jokes and greetings and yumsengs? Come'on! Recall!!

Was thinking that perhaps all twojayers who are going for band concert can have dinner before the concert together! Those who are watching in the afternoon, perhaps you guys can come too after the afternoon concert!

It's not exactly a class gathering. Just for those twojayers going for band concert to well, erm, meet together and erm to talk and WELL, you get what I mean.

Not confirmed yet but it's just an idea for the moment! Please reply if you can come! The more the merrier. Maybe we can buy some flowers for twojayers performing in the concert (Shixun, Yuru, Emelyne, Yuanming, Chen Ying, Yixiu) !

Hey all twojayers out there.

We should all try to make an effort to keep the class together. We wouldn't want the time spent on class bonding and spirit building to all go down the drain right? We are in different classes, and even different schools now but surely we can fork out that little bit of time out of our busy schedules just for some social activities? The March holidays is going to end soon but hopefully soon enough we can get together as a WHOLE class again. Two years' of friendship is worth that few hours out of one of your days right?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that most of you are finding the transit from Secondary 2 to Secondary 3 quite huge. Whether it's IP, DHP or O Levels, it's inevitable that some of us are feeling stressed out. I do hope everybody is coping well and staying optimistic. It's good to rant and complain about that pile of assignments that seems to be ever increasing cos complaining is actually a way of letting emotions out. Just don't let emotions get cooped up inside you until you feel all depressed like some kid who's been deprived of everything except homework. Remember that you've got friends around you who can help you (:

Cos after spending a term in VJC, I think I've learnt a lot. There are so many things happening around all the time. And from these things I've learnt. And changed.

Like we should really treasure all those around us. You don't want to think about and start realising that you need to treasure people around you only when you have to mourn for somebody gone, forever.

It's Term 2 coming.

And whether prepared or not, we have to go along with the time, defined by the rotation of the Earth.
Which is unstoppable for now.

there may be a class gathering on this march holidays' friday night at around 8pm or so. It will be at my condo, which is next to tanah merah mrt. We will be having a BBQ. And to make this gathering a reality, we need a min of 20 ppl who can make it. or else, it would be like, you know, pathetic.

Currently, erm, there's only 9 people who confirmed that they can make it on friday night. So please tell me by wednesday whether you can make it. and i wun be booking a bbq pit unless there's 20 people. so yeah. and i really cannot confirm that there will be a guranteed BBQ pit.

and if there is a class gathering, i sincerely hope that all of you guys can help out in some way or other. yep, afterall, it's a class gathering and we need the whole class's effort.(:

we do really need to get together for a class gathering you know, or else our class spirit will rust or something.

okay guys, check this out to see whether you are missing the fun twojayohfive times.

Everytime the class stands up to greet a teacher, you have this urge to greet him/her with the usual twojayohfive greeting. for eg. "good morning mr tan...................................seng!"
Whenever your class is getting a bit quiet, you will say some crap stuff to get the class to be noisier. for eg. yuan ming's "jiao4 shuang3 de4"
When your classmates say something lame, you will think back of the times in twojayohfive when everyone just love to say something lame.
Whenever you walk pass Tan KB, you will have this urge to call him K** B** and you will also think back of the times when we make fun of him and criticise him. and you can't seem to forget that he has a LOVE FOR TALKING RUBBISH.
You love to walk pass 2J classroom, and when you walk pass, fond memories will start to fill up in your mind and maybe you start to cry(extreme case)
You love to look at our class photos.
Whenever you are writing your class on any assignments or worksheets, you always seem to write 2J and not your present class.

so after reading this, you found that you actually did all these and you are beginning to miss 2jayohfive, then

we should all try and update this blog more regularly to keep in touch. everybody is like so busy and in the midst of completing projects, assignments and the like that we tend to forget the existence of this blog except of course its tag-board.

yepp we must must must have a class gathering. does the march holidays sound feasible? i know we 'll probably be loaded with holiday homework but surely we can spare that little bit of time for some social activities? haha. we can have a little BBQ at east coast park or catch a movie and have a meal together or whatever i dunno just as long as we SEE EACH OTHER. that's the main point of meeting up- to talk and laugh and let it all out and just have fun in the company of twojayohfive again!

anyway i hope eveything's fine for everybody- people in dhs olevels, dhp, ta ip and njc. and of course vjc has been great and i'm 100% sure it'll stay like the way i love it man! sorry not trying to promote vjc here but in general vjc's great (not just ip). and i hope tjc is fun too. and njc. and dhs.

just booked like 2 hours ago.
so it's on 23-25 Nov, Wed-Fri.
please take note!

3D2N- Deluxe Room that comes with an x-box. heh. you guys can be kept occupied.
and it costs $188, NOT including the money that will be needed for the bbq that will be on for both nights.
so hopefully i'll come up with the amnt by tmr that each of you have to pay, bcos thr's only about $150+ in our class funds, and you'll have to pump in amnts to cover the costs. pay me! cos my mom booked the chalet. heh.

please indicate if you're cming either by err posting on this blog, sms me, email me.. whatever. tgt with some ideas on the activities perhaps? ASAP. cos i need to know how much each person will have to payyy! ppl have been asking.

ok as you know it's quite late to book and get our ideal dates wanted, so whatever days are free we'll just take it ok?

majority of us want late november. so maybe arnd, 22-23 nov? or 27-30nov?
but there's no guarantee the chalets are free on those dates. so yeaps.
and do you'll prefer 2 day 1 night, or 3 day 2 nights? i think 2 day 1 night la huh. :D

CLASS CHALET.

We gotta make reservations quick. I just checked the availability of Costa Sands @ Downtown East and it seems like we need to have at least a two night stay there which is a bit too long huh? Either you all want Costa Sands (which is relatively afforadable) or you all want Aloha (which is more comfortable but more expensive la duh) or you all want Aranda ( which is where band chalet was at but it isn't really good la quie small.)

I called Costa Sands @ Downtown East and it is compulsory to get 3D2N at $168 (some special promo), weekdays on the 21st November week. Is that okay with everyone...?

wah since nobody blogging recently, then i shall put in something dumb.

Final Exam

It was the final examination for an introductory English course at the local university. The examination was two hours long, and exam booklets were provided. The professor was very strict and told the class that any exam that was not on his desk in exactly two hours would not be accepted and the student would fail. A half hour into the exam, a student came rushing in and asked the professor for an exam booklet.
"I don't know why you are bothering. You're not going to have time to finish this," the professor stated sarcastically as he handed the student a booklet.
Two hours passed and the professor told everyone to pass in his/her test. The late student is still furiously scribbling and eventually turns in his paper at the end of class.
The professor says, "Sorry, I can't take your paper." The student asks, "Why not" The professor answers, "Because it is late." The student asks angrily, "Do you know who I am?" The professor looks at the student and shakes his head. The student yells, "Do you know who I AM?" The professor responds, "No." So the student grabs the stacks of tests, shoves his tests in the middle of the pile and nonchalantly walks off.

NEW TEMPLATE! Woohooo (: Hope you all like it now that it is in more vibrant colours! The picture is supposed to be that way because I photoshopped it so don't say it's blur or whatever. If you don't like the effect please tell me. Because even without the effect, you still can't see your face clearly. In fact, you face will look squashed. So, the effect doesn't make much change to your face. BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE, go to the new gallery! I have uploaded the image there.

More images will be uploaded soon or if you are free just please go upload them onto a server and link them back. BUT PLEASE PUT THEM IN THUMBNAILS HERE! If not, the huge images will cause the blog to take a lot of time to load and it will be YOUR FAULT.
